Legalio Limited (“Legalio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in the United Kingdom that operates an online legal matchmaking platform connecting users with independent lawyers in Spain.

Legalio is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We act solely as an intermediary platform that facilitates introductions between users and licensed legal professionals.The website and platform are referred to as the “Platform”.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Legalio provides a matchmaking and referral service that:collects information about your legal needs,identifies suitable independent lawyers,facilitates communication and onboarding, manages payment processing related to the referral.

All legal services are provided exclusively by independent lawyers, not by Legalio.

Legalio does not control, supervise, or direct the legal advice or work performed by lawyers.Any lawyer-client relationship is formed directly between you and the lawyer.

Access to the Platform is free.

You only pay once: Legalio has matched you with a lawyer, you accept the proposed lawyer and service offer.

Legalio charges a 20% platform service fee, which is included in the total price presented to you before payment. The remaining portion is paid to the lawyer for their services.

All prices are displayed transparently before you confirm payment. Applicable VAT/IVA may be added where required by law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Legalio does not store full payment card details.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using Legalio, you confirm that:
1. The information you provide is accurate.
2. You have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3. You are using the service for lawful purposes.

You agree to:provide complete and truthful information about your legal matter ,cooperate with the matched lawyer, comply with all applicable laws, not misuse the Platform.

Legalio is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by users.

Lawyers using Legalio are independent professionals. Legalio:does not employ lawyers, does not guarantee legal results, does not supervise their work, does not replace professional judgment.

Legalio may verify basic credentials, but users are responsible for evaluating whether a lawyer is suitable for their needs. Any dispute regarding legal work must be resolved directly between the user and the lawyer.

All content on the Platform is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Legalio constitutes legal advice. Using the Platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Legalio.

All Platform content - including text, design, branding, software, and materials - is owned by Legalio Limited or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce Platform content without written permission.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free.We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Legalio is not liable for legal outcomes, we are not responsible for acts or omissions of lawyers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed €100.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user violates these Terms or misuses the service. Users may stop using the Platform at any time. Fees already paid are governed by the lawyer’s engagement terms and applicable refund policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes relating to the Platform shall be subject to United Kingdom jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time.Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
